BRYKOT was founded by Jacob Bryn Olsson and Kacper Kotasiński — two builders working at the intersection of business, technology and digital products.
One simple idea: businesses should work directly with the people designing and building their product.

BRYKOT did not start from the idea of creating another web agency. It grew naturally from building our own products.
While developing Caked — a B2B platform for automated employee celebrations — we had to solve many of the same problems businesses bring to development agencies:
- How should the product work?
- How should users interact with it?
- How should the database be structured?
- How do payments, dashboards, workflows and integrations connect?
- How do you turn an idea into something people can actually use?
Building products ourselves changed the way we approach client work. We do not start with technology. We start with the problem — then design and build the simplest effective solution around it.
We don't justbuild for clients.

Jacob is a Norwegian entrepreneur and product builder based in Wrocław, working across business development, digital products, sales and technology.
He is a co-founder of Caked, a B2B platform designed to automate employee celebrations for companies. His background combines business, entrepreneurship, sales and hands-on product development — a perspective that sits between the commercial and technical sides of a project.
At BRYKOT, Jacob focuses on understanding the client's business problem, defining the right product, shaping the user experience and turning requirements into working digital solutions. He is currently studying Business Management in Wrocław while continuing to build companies and products.

Kacper is a co-founder of BRYKOT and Caked, working across digital product development, technology and the systems behind the products we build.
His work focuses on turning product ideas and business requirements into practical digital experiences and working systems.
At BRYKOT, Kacper works closely across development, product architecture, functionality and implementation — moving projects from an initial concept to a working product. Together with Jacob, he has hands-on experience building and operating a real digital business.
